The Shala is a retreat centre of exceptional beauty and tranquility in the heart of Ubud. Voted as one of Bali’s most beautiful yoga spaces The Shala is known as an oasis for wellness. “Lovingly created as a sanctuary to reconnect with your essence and realign with nature.”

This peaceful oasis comes complete with an infinity pool, Ayurvedic spa (all natural, traditional Indian and Balinese treatments), stunning yoga practice space, a pure vegetarian organic cafe, delightful shared spaces and plenty of spots to snuggle away some moments in solitude.

Cocooned among the magnificent nature of Ubud and set amidst working rice fields, yet only a few minutes to the nearby vibrant, colourful centre of Ubud, The Shala Bali truly is your complete wellness getaway.

This carefully curated 8 day retreat offers daily yoga, healthy eating and the uniquely magical experience of the rich, reverent culture of Bali. With plenty of free time to treat yourself at the spa, take a dip in the pool or a day nap, shop in nearby Ubud or connect with others, Bali Bliss will leave you feeling blissed out and blessed!

Your Bali Bliss Yoga Retreat Includes:

  • 7 nights of stunning accommodation
  • 2 nutritious plant based meals daily
  • Temple visit, workshops and other activities
  • 2-3 Daily yoga, movement, meditation, self inquiry or creativity based sessions
  • Use of the infinity pool, access to the on-site spa, cafe and grounds

PRICES: $2100 – $4100

Single, couple and twin share rooms available. (Airfares and airport transfers not included). A limited number of single rooms are available on a first come first served basis. Otherwise rooms are twin, couple or triple share and prices reflect this.

Jessica has been practicing and studying health through movement, yoga and wellness for over 25 years. She is passionate about facilitating a personalised approach for each person in a way that is unique to their body, mind, history and hopes.

Jessica is a sensitive, warm and knowledgeable teacher and through the integration of mindful movement, breath practices and awareness techniques Jessica will support you to find – not only the best version of yourself but also a life that is deeper and more connected.

Jessica is drawn to both traditional and modern yoga, dance and movement practices that are sustainable, authentic and therapeutic in nature. She draws from these to create sessions in which the emphasis is on listening to your inner wisdom, nourishing your body and mind and creating long term, life-sustaining, change, growth and development. She believes everyone can do yoga – it doesn’t matter how old, how big, how inexperienced or how uncertain you are – yoga is a practice for ALL people.
