As a Trauma-Informed movement and wellbeing practitioner I specialize in customizing an approach that honors your body, mind, history, and hopes. Through a fusion of mindful movement, gentle breathwork, shared authentic experience, and awareness techniques, we’ll work together to curate a life that feels richer, more deeply connected, and profoundly yours.


I’ve spent the past 30 years building the path to my own Brighter Life. Along the way I've explored various philosophies, practiced loads of yoga, delved into the mysteries of neuroscience, danced like a mad thing, embraced therapeutic modalities, spent plenty of time lying on the floor crying, dived into trauma research, and reveled in the expressive arts.


I've navigated the common challenges of parenting, wrestled with chronic anxiety, embarked on the challenging adventure of business ownership, woven the intricate tapestry of marriage, and unraveled limiting beliefs such as imposter syndrome, not-enoughness, a very vocal inner critic, and the ‘always busy’ woman syndrome. 


I've also learnt to embrace my strengths, bolster my resilience and discover what I yearn to contribute to the world. 


It's been a busy and beautiful journey, which you can read more about over on my blog and through the transformative power of mindful movement, yoga, meditation, self-expression, breathwork, and creativity, I've enriched my own life.  I very much look forward to walking alongside you as you do the same for yours.

With over 30 years of personal exploration and professional practice, I always consider the interweaving of mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual dimensions in the overall health of my clients.
